Terms and Conditions

By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any ProAm Events tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or participate. ProAm Events reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Participation in ProAm Events tournaments is open to amateur golfers of all skill levels and PGA professionals. By registering, you confirm that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
• You hold a valid, verifiable golf handicap index where required by the specific event.
• You are physically capable of participating in golf tournament activities.

ProAm Events reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.

All event packages require payment in full 120 days prior to the start of each ProAm Event. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. ProAm Events accepts major credit cards and approved wire transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is received and confirmed.

Cancellations and refunds may be issued according to the following timeframe for individual or team cancellations, provided written notification is submitted to [email protected]:

• 120 days or more prior to the event: 100% refund.
• Up to 60 days prior to the event: 50% refund.
• Less than 60 days prior to the event: No refund. All payments are forfeited.

The cancellation date is the date written notice is received by ProAm Events. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

ProAm Events reserves the right to modify event dates, venues, itineraries, or other details due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, resort availability, force majeure events, or insufficient enrollment. In the event of a cancellation initiated by ProAm Events, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made or the option to transfer to a future event.

ProAm Events is not responsible for any incidental costs incurred by participants, including airfare, hotel accommodations outside the package, or other personal expenses.

Participants are solely responsible for arranging and funding their own transportation to and from the event destination unless otherwise specified in the package. ProAm Events strongly recommends that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and evacuation coverage.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, including passports and any required visas, for international events.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. ProAm Events reserves the right to remove any participant from an event without refund for behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or contrary to the spirit of the event, including but not limited to:

• Violation of resort or golf course rules.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward staff, other participants, or resort personnel.
• Misrepresentation of handicap or playing ability.
• Any conduct that reflects negatively on ProAm Events or its partners.

Participation in golf and related activities involves inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release ProAm Events, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliated resorts from any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in any ProAm Events activity, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

A separate liability waiver may be required to be signed prior to participation in certain events.

ProAm Events may photograph or record events for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, you grant ProAm Events a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness in photographs, videos, and other media in connection with the promotion of ProAm Events. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas.
